    We pride ourselves on giving you the best possible service we can, and ensure that our friendly team prioritise your calls, keeping our average call wait time below 30 seconds!

    Our phone lines are generally busiest first thing in the morning and at lunchtimes, so you should find our answering times are quickest at other times of the day.

    Your call will take as long as you need, and we won't try to rush you if you need time to discuss your account.

  • Membership Joining Application Processing

    Current processing time – we are currently processing all applications within two working days of receipt.

    You should first receive an e-mail confirming your membership number, followed by a welcome pack in the post within five working days of making the application. The process may take a little longer if we need you to send us any identity documents.

  • Loan Application Processing

    Current processing time – please allow up to two working days for a decision on your application.

    This time frame takes into account our standard assessment processes, but this may vary if we ask you to send us additional information to support your application.
